KENDALL HOWARD IVY, 2, of Richardson Ave., Galion, died at Children's Hospital Columbus. He had been ill since birth and had heart surgery June 4.
Surviving are the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Raymond K. Ivy; three brothers, Kenneth, Kevin and Keith; a sister, Katherine, all at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ivy of Galion; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Martin Duffner, Crestline; maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Bertha Duffner of Lexington, OH.
Services will be held at the Volk-Richardson Funeral Home. The Rev. E. E. Austin and Larry Harpster will officiate.
