DIED.
Miss Dora S., daughter of Sena and W.C. Hesterburg, died in this city last Thursday, Sept. 22nd, at 11 o'clock a.m., aged 21 years. The deceased had been a resident of this city for about a year and a half, during which time, by her excellent life and amiable disposition she made many warm and true friends who deeply mourn her loss. Her illness, though of but one week's duration, was indeed severe, and for several days she endured the most intense suffering, but bore it all with christian fortitude until she found herself in death. She was a past officer of the Independent Order of Good Templars at this place, and was always one of the most active workers in that organization. The funeral took place from the family residence in the Valley last Saturday, and the remains, which were laid to rest in the Ula cemetery, were followed to their last earthly home by a very large concourse of brother and sister Good Templars, and sorrowing relatives and friends. We join with the entire community is extending out deepest sympathy to the bereaved family in this their great and irreparable loss.
