Mr. William Curtis, a former resident of the Courtland community passed away in Greeley, Colorado Monday, February 8, 1971. The Curtis family moved to Greeley in 1952.
Immediate survivors are his three daughters, Miss Ruth Curtis of Greeley; Mrs. Frances Behmke of Salina; and Mrs. Paul Leslie of Hugoton; one son, the Rev. Charles Curtis of Hays; one sister, Miss Lucy Curtis of Topeka and brother in law, Arthur Freed of Scandia.
Graveside services and interment will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 11, 1971 in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, north and east of Courtland.
