Myrtle was the inspiration and the center and the life of any group of which she was a part. She was a loving, devoted wife and mother, sister, and friend; and her four grandchildren, Rondell and Rita Estes of St. Petersburg, FL and Kathleen and Kenneth Estes of McPherson, Ks and daughters-in-law, Elizabeth M. Estes and Marilea S. Estes, were a great source of joy in her life.
Myrtle was baptized in the Methodist Church in early life but became a member of the Episcopal Church soon after her marriage, and gave many years of devoted service to her church.

A bright and shining star, her life, her smile, whose lights so bright shone on our path awhile; then left us all in darkness and despair. But for God's promise and memories everywhere.

Three brothers, Clayton Fincham, Frankfort, Victor Fincham, Wichita; and Edwin Fincham, Blue Rapids. She is also survived by a number of nephews and nieces, by other relatives and a host of friends.
