Dan Houston Acord, 66, of Dallas, Texas, brother of Ruby Nowotny of Clarksville, died Friday, Nov. 4, 2005.
He was a native of Oark, son of the late John Herbert and Ethel Melson Acord, member of the West English Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses in Dallas, Texas, and was preceded in death by three brothers, Dennis Acord, Roy Acord and Harold Acord, and one sister, JoAnn Acord Schwartz.
Other survivors include one brother, Carl Acord of Victoria, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral was at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9, at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Dallas, Texas, with Edward Hadnot and John Phinisee officiating.
