She worked for many years at the textile mill in Ellsworth and a clam factory.
She is survived by one daughter, Marie Martin Eplin of Merrimack, N.H.; three grandchildren, Lisa Godsoe of Nokomis, Fla., Chad Parritt of Sullivan and Tammy Donovan of Hancock; one great-granddaughter, Mary Jones; four great-grandsons, Daryl Camber, Randy Camber, Nick Donovan and Nathan Donovan; one sister-in-law, Marion Burke of Machias; four great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by six sisters, Beatrice Turner, Hazel Fraccola, Zelma "Sonny" Mitchell, Hilda Quinn, Gertrude Whicher and Marguerite Donnell; and one brother, Jack Burke.
Committal will be at York Hill Cemetery, Sullivan.(Bangor Daily News 3/28/2013)
