SHERMAN T. HELM JR.,, 74, died Thursday at his home in Montpelier. Born in Blackford County, he worked at Dacra Glass. He also served in the Army during the Korean War. Surviving are his wife, Mary; three sons, Tim, Troy, and Tom; two daughters, Cindy Lee Helm and Christy Buckner; five sisters, Imogene Schmidt, Christina Rinker, Joyce Willman, Martelle Rhoton and Donna Lou Brown; a brother, Raymond Helm; and two grandchildren. Burial in Hartford City Cemetery.
