Mary Ann Cooper Warren, 61, died at 3:55 PM Saturday [Sept. 8, 1984] in St.Elizabeth Hospital. She had been hospitalized this time two weeks, and in ill-health 11 years. Born in Lafayette, she was a lifelong resident of this city. She married Max Austin Warren on Dec. 16, 1939, in Lafayette. He is a retired employee of Ross Gear Division, TRW.

Mrs. Warren attended Jefferson High School and graduated from Lafayette Beauty College. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and Women's Auxiliary of American Legion Post 11.

Surviving with her husband are three daughters, Louann (Mrs. Donald L.) O'Connor of Rossville, Judith (Mrs. Peter G.) Dykhuizen of Lafayette, and Marilyn (Mrs. Douglas R.) Hufnagle of Westerville, OH; two brothers, Jack E. Cooper of Lafayette and Robert D.Cooper of Frankfort; a sister, Tenah (Mrs. Donald) Morgeau of Washington State; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
