Services for Mrs. Frieda Mae Kelly, 77, of 232 Mount Joy Road, Clearfield, who died Tuesday, Nov. 14, in Clearfield Hospital, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday from the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home Inc., Clearfield. The Rev. Duane White will officiate and interment will be in Crown Crest Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and until the service on Friday.
The family suggests contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, was employed for several years at Clearfield Dairy, and retired from the former Clear Haven Nursing Home.
She was born in Oak Hill, Feb. 14, 1912, a daughter of Clyde and Levina (Moore) Heichel.
She is survived by a son, Donald W. Kelly of Clearfield, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and these brothers and sisters: Maurice Heichel of Millville, N.J., Mrs. John (Wilma) Showden and Mrs. Frank (Nina) Reed, Clearfield R.D., and Gerald Heichel and Eugene Heichel, Clearfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ward B. Kelly, On Feb. 10, 1952; a daughter, Mona L. Maines; two brothers, Oliver and Carl Heichel; and three sisters, Inez Hertlein, Edra Malizia and Ruth Showden.
