Funeral services for Lucien Walker Bowen, Sr. of Washington, D. C. will be conducted at noon Saturday at the Ives Funeral Home, Washington, D. C. A native of Culpeper County, Mr. Bowen died Wednesday in Washington.
Mr. Bowen was the son of the late John W. Bowen (NO: James William Bowen!) and the late Savilla Nethers Bowen.
Survivors include two sons, L. W. Bowen, Jr. of Washington, D. C. and Harold H. Bowen of Falls Church; five grandchildren; and two brothers, Kermit E. Bowen of Belle Meade, Md. and Roger W. Bowen of Cheverly, Md.
Burial will be 2 p.m. in Culpeper Masonic Cemetery with Clore Funeral Home in charge of arrangements."
