Claude E. Cooper, 76, of 707 Ross Ave, New Kensington, Pa., died in the Greenburg Hospital. He was born on Dec. 22, 1877, in Opequon, Virginia., and died on March 26, 1954, in New Kensington, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Viola, and son Raymond A. Cooper of New Kensington; and a daughter, Mrs. Lela (Cooper) Teichman, of New Kensington, Pa; two brothers, Ralph Newlin of Smithton, Pa., and Salem Newlin of Opequon, Va. Services will be held by Rev. R. Vincent Hartman (Pastor) of Trinity Evangelical and Reformed Church. Burial services will be held at the Union Cemetery.
