Mr. Andrews was stricken , as his wife and he were about to leave from a dock in the Harbor of Refuge to go fishing.
Remains are in Joshua Morgan Funeral Home where services were set tentatively for 2 pm Wednesday.
Rev. Fred Lapham, pastor of First Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Rock Falls Cemetery,
Mr. Andrews was son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry Andrews, was born May 5, 1889 in Port Austin. He came when he was a young man to Harbor Beach.
He and Ethel Haggert were married Aug 25, 1921.
Mr. Andrews is survived by his widow; 3 sons William, Marine City, Elmer in Germany with the US Army and Richard with the US Air Force at Keesler Air Force Base in Miss.; 3 daughters Mrs. Caroline Maggio, Covina Calif; Miss Barbara Andrews Detroit and Miss Lois Andrews Harbor Beach; 4 grandchildren and 3 brothers Jay, Ellsworth and Lenwood, all of Detroit.
a sister Mrs. Belle Davis died in Cleveland in August.
