DIVORCE NOTICE

Elizabeth L. Brenneman vs. Wilbur P. Brenneman.

In the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to No. 75, October Term, 1921.

Notice to Wilbur P. Brenneman:

In obedience to an order of publication, to me directed, you are hereby notified to be and appear in the Court of Common Pleas for the County of Cumberland, on the 1st day of August, to show cause, if any you have, why Elizabeth L. Brenneman should not be divorced from the hand of matrimony entered into with you, according to the prayer of the petition filed in said count.

Charles M. Williams, 30, born York County, PA, son of John C. & Florence M. (Diller) Williams, and Elizabeth Eppley, 35, born Cumberland County, PA, daughter of Oscar & Mary (Bushman) Eppley, were married March 8, 1922 at Harrisburg, PA. Elizabeth L. Williams, 94, 829 N. West St., died Monday in Church of God Home, 801 Harrisburg Pike.

She was born in Cumberland County, resided most of her life in Carlisle, was the widow of Wilbur P. Brenneman and Charles M. Williams, Sr., and was a member of Second Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are a son, Charles M. Williams, Jr., 1 Dandelion Drive, Boiling Springs; a daughter, Helen E. Calaman, 837 N. West St.; five grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.

Services will he held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St. The Rev. James J. Ferguson will officiate. Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home Thursday from 1 p.m. until time of services.
