On 23 January 1926 she married Marcus Cecil Thrane, somewhat the boy next door (who lived just up the road.)
They would eventually take over the Clark family ranch and she would reside there the rest of her life.
She was active in community affairs, being a member of a social ladies group, Aloah Club, very involved in the Hood River Music Association where her only son, Marcus Clark Thrane played and studied.
She loved all things beautiful in life, a true lover of nature and was a follower of the Christian faith, being a member of the Christian Science Church in Hood River.
She passed away while vacationing in Hawaii with her husband, son and a friend.
