Paul Webb Reynolds, 79, of 723 South Cedar St., Lincolnton died Oct. 23, 2007.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Warlick Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends after the service at the home, 723 South Cedar St., Lincolnton.
A native of Lincoln County, he was the retired founder of Lincoln Heating and Sheet Metal, Inc. in Lincolnton.
Survivors include daughter Cindy R. Laton of Lincolnton; brothers J.P. Reynolds and Gary Reynolds, both of Lincolnton, and Calvin Reynolds of Maiden and sister Margaret Ingle of Lincolnton.
