Services for Mrs. Nancy Ellen Davis, 84, Hico, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Blue Knob Methodist Church in Clay County with the Rev. Billy Sannans in charge. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Davis died Sunday morning at her home after a long illness.

She was the mother of Mrs. Donna Cottrell of Hatcher. She was a member of the Methodist Church in Clay County. Born March 12, 1881, at Maysel, she was a daughter of the late Aaron and Mary Rhodes Butcher. The Wallace and Wallace Funeral Home at Ansted is in charge of arrangements.
