Mrs. John Bath, wife of Rev. John Bath, pastor of a Primitive Methodist Church of Pittsburgh, formerly with charges at Avoca and Plymouth, died last night at her home in Pittsburgh. Her body will be brought here and taken to the home of her son, John Bath at 128 Abbott street, Plains. The funeral will be held on Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be in Hollenback cemetery.
Mrs. Bath is known by many people in Wyoming Valley. Her husband was ordained in 1886 and following his entrance to the ministry had churches at various places among which were Avoca and Plymouth. Twelve years ago, he and his wife left the Wyoming Valley.
Besides her husband Mrs. Bath is survived by two sons and two daughters and the following brothers and sisters: United States Commissioner Joseph Moore, Richard Moore, Mrs. Booth Adams, Mrs. William Hilbert and Mrs. George Skidmore of this city, and Mrs. John Jones of Indiana.
