Arharta (Wieberg) Libbert died at St. Elizabeth Care Center on 5-30-2004 and was buried on June 2, 2004 at St. Cecelia Cemetery, Meta. She had diabetes and had lost a leg etc. They had a booklet made at her funeral and had her mother listed as Catherine Buckmann- not sure if it was a typo or they thought this was right. Arharta Anna Libbert, 78, of Meta died May 30, 2004 at St. Elizabeth Care Center. She was born in St. Anthony on Apr 15, 1926 to the late Herman and Katie Buckmann Wieberg. She married Lionel John Libbert on May 1, 1943 in Jefferson City. He preceded her in death on Dec 10, 1982. She was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Meta and the Quilters Club.

She is survived by five sons, Anton H. Libbert, Harold Libbert, and Terry J. Libbert, all of Meta, Lloyd R. Libbert of Freeburg and Jude L. Libbert of Jefferson City; one daughter, Betty Jean Kemna of Meta. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; two daughters, Bonnie Jo Libbert and Sandra Libbert. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, Jun 2, at St. Cecilia Catholic Church with Rev. John Schutty officiating with interment to follow at the parish cemetery.
