David W Marker, 65, lifelong, died at 7pm, Monday in his hime. He had been ill six weeks.

Born Feb 2, 1872, in Madison Township, Mr Marker had been a farmer in that community for many years.

He first married Ameila M Weber Sept 23,1896. She died in 1933.

Feb 16, 1937, he married Miss Gertrude Stuber, who survives.

He also is survived by sons, George W of South Bend, Lester D, of Whitenville, Mass; three brothers, J Philip Marker of Woodland; five sisters, Mrs M J Mochel
of Woodland, Mrs N O Kelley of Mishawaka, Mrs Chas M Weber and Mrs G F Weber, and Mrs F C Horein of Gaston, Oregon; and five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm Thursday in St John's Evangelical church in Woodland. Burial will be in Woodland cemetery. The body may be viewed
at the residence until the time of the funeral services. Mr. Marker was a lifelong member fo the St John's church. Rev Phil Pobanz will conduct the funeral services.
