EVERETT LEE ADKINS, 78, of Spurlocksville, Lincoln County, died yesterday in a Milton Nursing home after a long illness. Survivors; wife, Ruth; son, Lemmie of West Hamlin; daughter, Miss gladys Adkins of West Hamlin; half brothers, Ardin and Orville Adkins of West Hamlin; sister, Mrs. Iva Burns of Myra, four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. The funeral will be held tomorrow at 11 am in Koontz Funeral Home of Hamlin, with the Rev Roy Withrow officiating. Burial will be in Stowers and Adkins Cemetery near Palermo.
