BRANCHLAND - Mrs. Julia Bell Burns, 74, of this Lincoln County community, died Sunday in a Huntington hospital. Survivors include her husband, Ivan; sons, Andrew Farmer of Spurlocksville, Ottie Farmer of Griffithsville; daughters, Mrs. Opal Farmer of Mount Gay, Mrs. Rita Mae Adkins of St. Albans, Mrs. Geneva Hatten of Huntington, Mrs. Wanda Wiemer of Cleveland, Ohio, Ramona Jean Farmer, address unknown; half brothers, Arden Adkins of West Hamlin, Orville Adkins of Florida. The funeral will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the Koontz Funeral Home at Hamlin, with the Rev. Ebb Cummings officiating. Burial will be in Walker Adkins Cemetery at Hager.
