Born to Thomas Harvey Cliett (1798-1868) & Edilda Henry Quin Cliett (1813-1875). Josephine married Simon Carpenter Hager (1841-1931) on June 24, 1868, in Caldwell County, TX. They had one daughter, Cornelia Blanche Hager (12/1869-after 1880). Josephine died in childbirth at age 23. I believe Cornelia died in 1892.

Cemetery directions: In Martindale, TX, take Main St. south as it turns into CR 103 (SE River Road) veering left. Take a right at Pecan Valley (PR 2032). The cemetery is on this road on the left well before it dead ends. It's on private land, surrounded by iron piping to keep cows out. All 3 stones are laying flat on the ground.
