Patricia Lee Standiford Farris, 90, Independence, died Monday, June 11,
2001, at Vencor Hospital.
Mrs. Farris was born May 5, 1911, in Hoxie, Ark., the daughter of Benjamin F. and Flora A. (Ward) Carter. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and two daughters, Hazel Ruth Standiford and Ann Clingenpeel.
Her survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Thomas Gene and Ruby
Standiford; one brother, Willard Carter; five grandchildren; 13
great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Full Gospel Evangelistic Church, 10537 E. Sixth St., Independence. Burial will be in Mount Washington Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 tonight at the church. The family has requested that messages of condolence be left at ww.forevernetwork.com.
