Funeral services will be held at Wathena at 2 p.m. Tuesday for Michael Gerardy, 83, who died there Saturday. Burial will be at Rosedale. Survivors include two brothers, John of Wathena and George G. Gerardy of Atchison. He died unexpectedly from a heart attack while walking along a road near his home. He was unmarried, and was an uncle of John, Frank, William, Herman and George L. Gerardy of Atchison. He was born May 4, 1872.
