This is so sad:

I sent in a request for a picture of Baby Mona's headstone and I learned some terrible news. My new F-A-G friend Sandra went to go get a picture of Mona's headstone and this is what she found:

Sorry we couldn't give you a positive reply. It seems there was vandalism or something in the cemetery years ago as many bases are present with no upper part of the headstone. It is out in the middle of nowhere so to speak and anyone could have gotten away with it. Very few records remain and nothing for the older burials except through death certificates. Sad when people have little respect for others especially those who are no longer with us. Keep up the good work!

This makes matter even worse, Mona's father Dea P. Long fought for these people's freedom and this is how they pay him back. Tearing up his daughters headstone.
