Timothy Allen Cornwell, 54, of Scottsville, KY died at 12:00 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2012 at his residence. The Scottsville, KY native was an employee of Coates Brothers Construction Company and a member of Shady Grove General Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Henry Bennett Cornwell and Margie Odell Sledge Cornwell.



He is survived by 2 daughters: Jennifer Barton and husband, Mike, and Chasity Cornwell Greathouse, all of Scottsville, KY;

His daughter's mother: Kay Stratton, Scottsville, KY:

3 brothers: S. B. Cornwell and wife, Sue; Buck Cornwell and wife, Karen, and Mikey Cornwell and wife, Cathy, all of Scottsville, KY;

3 sisters: Wilma West and husband, David, and Pansy Powell, all of Scottsville, KY; Ida Pearl McGuffey and husband, Jr., Bowling Green, KY;

2 grandchildren: Colton and Ellee Barton.

He was preceded in death by 2 brothers: William Henry Cornwell and Ronnie Cornwell; 3 sisters: Joyce Plumlee, Barbara Norman and Martina Lucas.



Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Kimble Willoughby officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m. Monday at Goad Funeral Home.
