MUNCIE--Alice E. Badders Lizar Addison, 92, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday morning, March 10, 2009, at The Waters of Muncie following a brief illness.
She was born January 24, 1917 in Yorktown, the daughter of John Henry and Daisy (Noble) Welsh and attended Yorktown schools.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Charles Badders; her second husband, Marion Lizar; her third husband, Alton Addison; and four sisters, Iva Haskell, Verena Adkins, Leona Lizar, and Myrl Hiestand.
Services will be held in The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel, at 2 p.m. on Thursday, with Pastor Mike Ashby officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary from noon until service time on Thursday.
