Charles H. "Turk" Creech, 70, died Thursday in a local hospital.
He was a retired merchant and farmer, and a Methodist. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Creech; a brother; and two sisters.
Survivors include his wife, Colleen Crowell Creech; a daughter, Caryn Creech of Batesville; two brothers, Herbert Creech and Gene Creech, both of Batesville; and two sisters, Floy Mohlke of Jamestown and Lois Apple of McHue.
Funeral services were Saturday at the Davies Batesville Funeral Home chapel, the Rev. Hoover Lewis officiating. Burial was at Hutchinson Cemetery. Pallbearers were Creech's nephews.
