Henry died before 22 October 1765 during the period in which the Records are missing (1747-1765). His widow, Anna Margaret Kuhn, died of "Hysteria" (i.e. delirium) on 22 November 1773 at Cedar Creek after being fortified with all the sacraments of the Holy Roman Church and was buried 24 November 1773 in the church graveyard (At Bally, Berks County, PA.) (GR, page 115; "Records", Volume 3, page 392) (WK-book, page 561)

Henry Kuhn was probably the oldest son of John Kuhn 1 born in Germany not later than 1724-1726 was already married to Anna Margaret (Maiden name note recovered) when he appeared in the records for the first time on 28 March 1742. There is an indication that he was married perhaps as early as spring 1740. They lived at Cedar Creek (Macungie/ Whitehall/ Salisbury Township) near Henry's father John 1. Henry Kuhn 2 was appointed administrator of his father's estate on 23 May 1751 since his mother Anna Barbara renounced her rights to be administratrix (Philadelphia County Book F, page 318) (WK-book, page 561)

The will of Margaret Koon (sic), widow of Henry Kuhn 2, was probated on 3 December 1773. In it she states, "eldest son of John shall have the Bible" and refers to son Henry, daughters Mary and Anna Margaret; and to three of the children of Philip Ruffener (previously married to Anna Catharine Kuhn). Margaret had signed the will with her mark on 19 November 1773 in the presence of John Griessemor and Caspar Sheunebruech and designated Peter Roht/Roth (Road/Rhoads, Rodt, Rogh) as her Executor. (Northampton County Wills LDS #946 457). (WK-book, page 561)

Five of their children were born and baptized during the period 1740-1747: Margaret 3; Anna Barbara 3; Mary Ottilia 3; and Anna Catharine 3. From Margaret's will, associations in other data and Northampton County Guardianship Records (Book D, page 98), it can be shown that they had 6 additional children during the period 1747-1760 before Henry's death; namely: John 3, Henry 3, Jacob 3, Anna Mary 3, Henry 3 and Joseph 3. (WK-book, page 561)

Two petitions to the Northampton County, Pennsylvania Orphan's Court in 1771 and 1786 show that Henry Kuhn 2 died in Salisbury Township, Northampton County and that he left a will which contained bequests to his grand children by his daughters Anna Barbara (Kuhn) Eckenroth and Margaret (Kuhn) Kea/Kases/Kass/Kehs. (Northampton County Orhpans Court Book D, page 107 and Book E, page 102. The Registrar of Wills, Northampton County has indicated that the will of Henry Kuhn was not found. (WK-book, page 561)
