" The Geneological Society in Baden-Wuertenburg Germany indicate that the Kass families come from Dukedom of Wuertenburg, arrived Oct 3, 1753 on ship Eastern Branch
from Rotterdam. According to a letter written by Dr. Eramus Case in 1920 part of a lengthy history of the varies Kaes, Kass, Kase, Case, Kehs families there were three brothers who came to America from Germany. One of the brothers was Peter who settled in Northampton County, Pa."

daughter of John Melchior and Sarah Buck.

b 9-14-1850 d 12-1-1921 the daughter of Thomas Schell
