"Victor Bloomquist"
Victor Bloomquist, 73, Kent, died Wednesday in Aberdeen following a short illness.
A resident of the Kent area since 1960, Mr. Bloomquist formerly was employed as a facilities planner for The Boeing Co. retiring in 1972.
He was born April 21, 1910, in Webster County, Iowa, spending most of his life in Iowa before moving to Kent. Mr. Bloomquist was a member of the Good Sam Trailer Club.
He is survived by his wife, Marie, of the home; two sons, Terry Bloomquist, Kent, and Roger Bloomquist, Federal Way, two brothers, Einar Bloomquist of Portland, Ore. and Conrad Bloomquist, Kent; a sister, Viola Smithart of Dayton, Iowa and three grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Edline-Yahn Chapel, Kent.
Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery, Kent.
