7 Sep 2004: Betty Jane Rohrbaugh, 77, went home to be with her Lord and Savior at 10:55 p.m., Saturday, September 4, 2004, surrounded by her family in Manor Care Health Services - Dallastown. She was the wife of Clayton W. Rohrbaugh, Sr. of York. Mr. and Mrs. Rohrbaugh observed their 60th wedding anniversary on August 19, 2004. Born March 24, 1927 in York, a daughter of the late William and Lottie May (Heilman) Cooper, Betty was a member of Grace Fellowship in York New Salem. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three sons, Clayton W. Rohrbaugh, Jr. of Dover, Donald L. Rohrbaugh of Lewisberry and Gregory E. Rohrbaugh of York; three daughters, Barbara A. Small of York, Shirley M. Lentz of Thomasville, and Tammy M. Reisinger of York; 19 grandchildren; 25 greatgrandchildren; three greatgreat-grandchildren; a sister, Janet Stough; and two brothers, Harold Cooper and Gerald Cooper, both of York. She was preceded in death by a son, Gary R. Rohrbaugh; and a greatgrandson, Tanner A. Reinhold. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Etzweiler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1111 East Market St., York. Her pastor, the Rev. Larry Katz, will officiate. Burial will be held in Greenmount Cemetery. [York Daily Record]
