24 Jan 2005: Clayton W. Rohrbaugh, Sr., 79, was surrounded by his loving family as he went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at 7:45 p.m. Friday, January 21, 2005, at the home of one of his daughters in York. He was the husband of the late Betty Jane (Cooper) Rohrbaugh. Born March 20, 1925, in York, a son of the late Paul L. and Frances M. (Warfel) Rohrbaugh, he was a retired press operator for the former Thonet Co. with 20 years of service. Following his retirement, he worked for American Chain and Cable and also Weis Markets. He was a member of Grace Fellowship Church. He is survived by three sons, Gregory E. Rohrbaugh of York, Clayton W. Rohrbaugh, Jr. of Dover, and Donald L. Rohrbaugh of Lewisberry; three daughters, Barbara A. Small of York, Shirley M. Lentz of Thomasville, and Tammy M. Reisinger of York; 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Stuck of York and Ruth Huffnagel of Harrisonburg, Va.; and two brothers, Harry Rohrbaugh of York and Kenneth L. Rohrbaugh of Hellam. Mr. Rohrbaugh was predeceased by a son, Gary R. Rohrbaugh; a grandson, Brian Rohrbaugh; and a great-grandson, Tanner Reinhold. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Etzweiler Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1111 E. Market St., York. The Rev. Larry R. Katz, his pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery. [York Daily Record]
