Lileta Cox died at Community Hospital Saturday morning at the age of 71 following a brief illness.
Born on March 23, 1881, in Gainsville, Texas. Mrs. Cox came to Chelan in 1912 where she had since resided.
Surviving are three daughters; Wilma Veroske of Chelan, Lillie Harden of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Bertha Bobbitt of Soap Lake; five sons, Lee of Stockton, Calif., Frank of Othello and Mack, Terry, and Alfred, all of Chelan; two sisters, Grace Smith of Othello and Mattie Finch of Tulsa, Oklahoma; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
