She was born Mar. 27, 1910, at Piedmont, Oklahoma, the daughter of George and Lileta (Bell) Cox. She moved to Chelan with her family in 1912. She attended school here and was graduated from Chelan High School in 1928. She then attended Business College in Seattle.
On Oct. 19, 1940, she was married to William E. "Jack" Harden in Seattle. Following their marriage, they resided in the Seattle area until 1953, when they moved to Santa Monica, California. While residing there, Mrs. Harden was employed with System Development Company until her retirement in 1976. Following their retirements she and her husband moved to Chelan.
He preceded her in death in 1995.
Survivors include a brother, Mack Cox, Chelan; a sister, Mrs. Bill (Wilma) Veroske, Chelan; and several nieces and nephews.
