Laura Abell Cash
Laura Ann Cash, daughter of Martin and Emma Sedlacek, was born September 7, 1908, in Munden, and died June 26, 1989, in Lakeport, Calif., at the age of 80 years, nine months and 19 days.

She was raised in the Morrowville and Haddam area. After graduation she moved to Holton. She taught on an Indian reservation.

She was married to Dr. Beggs, a dentist of Holton. After he was killed in an auto accident, she moved to Topeka and was employed by the Supply Depot at Forbes Air Base for 18 years.

She was later married to Don Abell, who died in December of 1967.
In March of 1981 she married Arvin Cash and moved to Lucerne, Calif.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.

Survivors include her husband, Arvin Cash of Lucerne, Calif; two brothers, Leo Sedlacek of Corvallis, Ore., Raymond Sedlacek of Idaho; two sisters, Vera Graham and Sylvia Deegan of Corvallis, Ore.

Graveside services were held at the Kopsa Cemetery, Cuba, Saturday, July 1, with Rev. Tom Ballard officiating.
