Obituary:
William Skinner Passes Away Here Sunday
William Skinner passed away at the home of his eldest son, Richard Skinner, the morning of December 22 after a short illness.
Mr. Skinner was born in Perry County, Ohio, March 15, 1874. At the age of 18 years he came to the coal mining camp at Inez, Wyo., and followed coal mining continuously until about ten years ago when he was compelled to retire from active work on account of failing health.
In 1899 he married Miss Rose Masterson who survives him. To this union 14 children were born, four of whom, Richard, James and Leonard of Glenrock and Mrs. Minnie Dolan of Eldorado Springs, Mo., survive him.
Funeral services were held at the Community Baptist church on Tuesday, Dec. 24, with burial in the Glenrock Cemetery.
