This a child of Eli Morris & Mary Eve (Buchman) Skinner. In the Death and Burial Records of St. John's Lutheran Church is written: "Eli Franklin, son of Eli and Mary E. Skinner, departed this life Sept. 14, 1878, aged 3 weeks. Interred in St John's Cemetery Sept. 15, 1878. Funeral services by Rev. W.A. Weisman. Text--John, 11 chapt., 40 verse. "Said I not unto three, that if thou wouldst believe, thou shouldst see the Glory of God."
