Cornelia Chaudoin Williams was born June 9, 1920 in Green County to the late Joseph and Helen Milby Chaudoin. She departed this life Oct. 5 [2005] at Hillcrest Health Care Center in Owensboro, having attained the age of 85 years, three months and 26 days. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Greensburg United Methodist Church. She retired from Model Drug Store, was an avid gardener and an accomplished seamstress. She also loved to fish. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years: Henry Woodson Williams, Jr. and two brothers: Harold and Garland "Cotton" Chaudoin. Survivors include a son: H.W. (Carolyn) Williams III of Owensboro; two sinters: Arlene (Ed) Shepard of Shepherdsville and Joyce Marr of Greensburg; two grandsons: Eric (Katie) Williams of Nortonville and Matthew (Lee) Williams of Owensboro; three great-grandchildren:Taylor, Anna and Elliott Williams, all of Owensboro; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, several nieces, nephews and many special friends. The funeral services for Williams were conducted Oct. 7 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home wilh burial in Green County Memory Gardens in Summersville. Bro. Dale Curry and Bro, Stan Durrett officiated. Pallbearers were Matthew Williams, Eric Williams, Junior Bagby, Gary Imel, Perry Milby, Greg Durrett, Barry Durrett and Joe Foster. The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Greensburg United Methodist Church or the American Cancer Society,
