The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Gay of this village passed away Monday morning at about 8:30 o'clock, at the age of two months. Funeral services were held from the residence, the same afternoon, being conducted by Rev. E.B. Service of the Methodist church. Miss Urbist, the missionary, also spoke words of comfort. Interment was in Oak Knoll cemetery. The parents have been residents of the village but a short time, and have the sympathy of their friends and neighbors.
