He is survived by his children, Ronald (Patricia) Schweitzer of Virginia Beach, VA, Donna (Harold) Acosta of Orange City and Denise (Dennis) Wooldridge of Deltona; 7 grandchildren, John (Sonya) Schweitzer, Erin Schweitzer, Sammy Valchar, Nicholas Valchar, Ian Wooldridge, Devin Wooldridge and Harold M. Acosta; 2 greatgrandchildren Sammy & Jessica Valchar; many nieces and nephews.
Paul was a veteran of World War II, a Past Grand Knight of the K of C; he loved playing pool and blackjack and was an avid Steelers, Pirates and Orlando Magic fan.
Services: Family will receive friends Tuesday, Jan 25th 6-8 p.m. at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday 10 a.m. at St. Peters Catholic Church in DeLand.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Myeloproliferative Disorders Foundation, 223 S. Wacker Drive, Suite 375, Chicago, IL 60606.
