Willard Snow was the first child and eldest son of William Snow and Ann Rogers Snow.

He married Mary Melissa Meeks in Kanosh, Millard County, Utah.

The following obituary was published in the Richfield Reaper.

"Funeral to be Held at Bicknell for Willard Snow

Willard Snow, 83, Wayne county pioneer and in recent years a resident of Richfield, died Monday night of ailments incident to age at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Peter Nielson of Springville.
Mr. Snow was born in Salt Lake City December 9, 1853, a son of William Rodgers [sic] Snow, early Utah pioneers. As a young man he went to Wayne county to assist in L.D.S. colonization work. He later became a rancheer and stockman of that section. He has served as commission, county assessor and a member of the school board of Wayne district. He was also active in L.D.S. church organizations. He moved to Richfield in 1918, and made his home here until the death of his wife in August, 1936. Since then he had been staying with his children.
Mr. Snow married Melissa Meeks April 6, 1877. The couple observed their 59th wedding anniversary last year.
Surviving besides the daughter are five sons, Dr. William J. Snow of Houston, Texas; John and Orrin C. Snow, Richfield; Joseph A. Snow, Raymond, Alberta, Canada; Willard M. Snow, Vulca, Canada; 29 grandchildren, one great--grandchild, and the following brothers and sisters: Charles Snow, Teasdale; Dr. William J. Snow and Mrs. Reuben Gardner, Provo; O. H. Snow, Raymond, Alberta, Canada; Mason Snow, Orangeville; Mrs. R. B. Gardner, Cedar City; Mrs. Celestia Gardner, Salt Lake Ciety; Mrs. Ozrow Gardner, Delta; Mrs. Eunice Burgess and Mrs. Rena Rencher, St. George.
Funeral services will be held today at Bicknell, and burial will be in the Bicknell cemetery."
