Rena S. Rencher
Friends will be sad to learn of the death of Mrs. Rena Snow Rencher at St. George Sunday.
Mrs. Rencher, a sister of Dr.William J. Snow of Provo, frequently visited and made her residence here for a short time.
Funeral services will be at St.George Tuesday at 2 p. m.
Mrs. Rencher, who was about 80 at the time of her death, was the wife of the late James G. Rencher. Mrs. Rencher is survived by the following children, all of whom were with her Sunday; Mrs. Alma Nelson, Mrs. Ann Price, Mason Rencher, all of St. George; Mrs. Zeph Thomas of Marshfield Oregon; and Mrs. Bert Price of Enterprise.

ST. GEORGE – Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Lorena Rencher, 77, were conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the St. George L.D.S. tabernacle. Mrs. Rencher died from causes incident to age, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Anne R. Price of St. George. Burial was in Grass Valley.
Born the daughter of William and Jane Maria Snow, on January 3, 1860, at Lehi, she moved in 1856 to Pine Valley, making the trip by ox team. She was married to James G. Rencher in the St. George L.D.S. Temple, February 28, 1878, by President Wilford Woodruff. Since her marriage she had lived almost continuously in Grass Valley, spending the winter months in St. George. Her husband died in 1921.
Surviving are four brothers, Charles Snow, Teasdale, Utah; Mason L. Snow, Wellington, Utah; William J. Snow, Provo; Orrin H. Snow, Alberta, Canada; five sisters, Mrs. Emma Burgess, St. George; Mrs. Celestine Gardner, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Lucy Gardner, pine Valley; Mrs. Nellie Gardner, Cedar City, and Mrs. Mary Ette Gardner, Delta; three daughters, Mrs. A. A. Nelson And Mrs. Anne R. Price, St. George, and Mrs. Zeph Thomas, Marshfield, Ore.; and one son, Mason S. Rencher of Pine Valley, and 29 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
