Martha Elizabeth Grubaugh Morton
Mansfield - Mansfield native, Martha Elizabeth Morton, 83, of Boulder, Colo., died Saturday at Boulder Community Hospital.
She was born September 23, 1910 in Mansfield to James A. and Estella Bonham Grubaugh. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Boulder.
On July 24, 1936, she married Norman E. Morton. He died July 28, 1978.
She is survived by two sons, the Rev. David Morton of Battle Creek, Mich., and Daniel Morton of South Bend, Ind., a daughter, Marcia McHaffle of Boulder, six grandchildren and two great-grandchldren.
There will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be held Friday at 3 pm at the Chapel at Mansfield Memorial Park by the Rev. Jonathan M. McCleery of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Leader Dogs for the Blind, Rochester, Mich., 48307
Diamond Street home of Wappner Funeral Directors is in charge of arrangements.
