MARGARET G. SCHWARTZ, 64, of Route 4, Chilton, died Tuesday, Nov. 9, at home as a result of an apparent heart attack.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Martin Catholic Church, Charlestown. Msgr. Peter Klauck and the Rev. William Eberhardy will officiate and burial will be in St. Gregory Cemetery, St. Nazianz.
Mrs. Schwarz was born April 24, 1918, in the Town of Schleswig, daughter of the late Gerhard and Lena Knier Endries. She was married to Anton Schwarz, Oct. 13, 1936, at St. Nazianz. The couple operated Schwarz Bar for 17 years. Mrs. Schwarz was a member of St. Martin Catholic Church, Charlestown, and Christian Mothers.
Survivors include her husband, Anton; four sons, Thomas of New Holstein, James of Chilton, Frederick of Abilene, Texas, and Michael at home; a daughter, Mrs. William (Kathy) Schuh of Valders; four brothers, Bernard of Milwaukee, Gary and Jerome of Fond du Lac, and Isadore of St. Nazianz; two sisters, Mrs. Delphine Endreas of Milwaukee, and Mrs. Ervin (Veronica) Gruber of Stockbridge; six grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren and two step great grandchildren.
Friends may call at Wieting Funeral Home, Chilton, after 4 p.m. Friday, and until 10:30 a.m. Saturday. A parish vigial will be held 8 p.m. Friday.
