OBITUARY -- Clayton Babbit
Clayton Babbit 75; died November 29th, at Manatee, Florida.
His remains were brought to Schoharie, N.Y., where burial services were held at Wilson's funeral home, with burial in the Old Fort Cemetery at Schoharie.
Surviving are his widow, Jennie; two sons, Reuben of Waterbury, Conn., and Ivan of Central Bridge, N.Y.; a daughter, Mrs. Irvin MacMillan of Central Bridge; a step- daughter, Mrs. J. Becker of Schoharie, several grandchildren; a brother, Channing of Randolph, Arizona, and a sister, Mrs. C. P. Monro of DeRuyter.
Mr Babbitt was a former resident of Cuyler and DeRuyter and was highly regarded by all. He had been in ill health for several years past.
