Eula Ione (Satterlee) Prindle, 86, of Nampa, formerly of Independence/Quasqueton, Iowa, passed away in her home on Sept 5, 2005. Eula was born the youngest of seven children to John Amos and Susie Eulilia (Cook) Satterlee on Oct 7, 1918 in rural Buchanan County, Iowa. She was united in marriage on Feb 18, 1937 to Richard Maurice Curtis. To this estate were born their four sons. They were later divorced and she was remarried to Ernest Lee Prindle on June 7, 1961. Eula enjoyed her family, reading, fishing, camping, board games with grandchildren and crafts. She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, four brothers Arthur, Howard, Harold and Glen, two sisters, Julia Osborne and Eleanor Davis, along with three grandchildren and a great grandchild. She is survived by her four sons Richard D. Cutis, Galesburg, IL; Rober L. Cutis Denver, CO; Keith E. Curtis and Kenneth L. Curtis, both of Nampa, along with 20 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Graveside serves will be held later in Iowa.
