DRAPER — Earlyne Alexander Gardner, 74, of 3126 Quesenberry Place, Draper, passed away Friday, March 30, 2001 at Pulaski Community Hospital.

Born Sept. 24, 1926 in Carroll County, she was the daughter of the late Charles S. Alexander and Ada Lawson Alexander.

Her husband, Sherman Carl Gardner; one daughter, Donna Gayle Gardner; one sister, Jessie King; and one son-in-law, Tim Jones, preceded her in death.

She was a member of the Memorial Christian Church, Draper.

Surviving are: one daughter, Dreama Kay Gardner Jones of Draper; one granddaughter, Kaleena Marie Jones of Draper; two brothers, Clinton Alexander of Draper and Maven Alexander of Radford; and four sisters, Mrs. Duane (Belva) Smith, Kate Trail, Mrs. Barney (Bonnie) Kemp, and Bea Smith, all of Pulaski.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Memorial Christian Church in Draper with the Rev. Johnny Hewlett officiating Internment will follow at the Draper Valley Presbyterian Church Cemetery. Visitation will be anytime after 2 p.m. Sunday, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski. Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski is handling the arrangements.
