Born June 24, 1935 in Sylvatus, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Charles & Ada Alexander.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Kemp and brothers Clinton Alexander, Mavin Alexander; sisters, Jessie King, Earlene Gardner and Beatrice Smith.
She was a long-time member of the Pulaski Church of God.

Interment will follow at the Memorial Christian Church Cemetery, Draper. The family will receive friends from 1:30 PM until service time Wednesday at the church. Bower Funeral Homes, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the family.
