She was born on February 11, 1925 in Ohio where she lived for over 83 years before moving to New Mexico to be with her daughter.
Frances' memory is kept alive by her son, John (Ann) Dial of Sparta and her daughter, Phyllis (Michael) Gamboa of Bosque Farms, New Mexico, two grandchildren, Stephen Dial of Columbus and Stacey (Scott) Mather of Chesterville, three great-grandchildren, Brendon, Natalie and Annie Sue Mather. The family would like to express their gratitude to her wonderful caregiver, Sharon Freeman
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edwin D. Dial and her baby boy, Donald Dial.
There will be no calling hours. Graveside funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 16, 2010 at 11:00AM in Oak Grove Cemetery in Gambier with Pastor Larry Karns officiating. There will be a time of food and fellowship following the service at Sparta United Methodist Church at 1:00PM. The Dilley-Lasater Funeral Home in Mount Vernon is handling the funeral arrangements for the Dial family.
